GST: GST will be charged extra on the package price.
E-Tickets: For fixed departure tours, e-tickets will be sent 3 days before departure.
Personal Expenses: The package does not include personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcohol, minibar, tips, porter charges, camera fees, etc.
Meal Plans:
EP: Room/Accommodation only
CP: Room + Breakfast
MAP: Room + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner
AP: Room + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Availability: Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Visa: Visa approval and processing time depend entirely on the concerned embassy/consulate. We cannot guarantee visa approval or processing time. In case of visa rejection or delay, the company will not be responsible for any resulting loss, and no refund will be applicable.
Hotel Changes: If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, we will provide accommodation in a hotel of a similar category and standard.
Transportation: Transportation will be provided only as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use. Please note: AC may not work in hilly areas.
Changes Due to Unavoidable Circumstances: Package prices and arrangements may change due to circumstances such as strikes, festivals, fairs, bad weather, traffic, hotel/flight overbooking, flight cancellation or re-routing, closure of tourist places, entry restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will try our best to make suitable alternative arrangements, but no refund or compensation will be provided for such changes.
Valid ID: Every guest must carry a valid photo ID such as a Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID. PAN Card may not be accepted as a valid photo ID at many places.
Cancellation: Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total tour cost and will depend on the date of cancellation and date of departure.
Transport Tickets: Cancellation charges for flights, trains, buses, or other transport tickets will be as per the rules of the respective transport authority.
Special Airfares: Air tickets issued under special fares are non-refundable. Any applicable cancellation charges will be payable by the guest.
Refunds: If a refund is applicable as per the cancellation policy, it will be processed only after we receive the refund from the concerned airline, hotel, or other service provider. Applicable processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
TCS: Applicable TCS will be charged as per the prevailing Government rules. PAN details may be required wherever applicable.
Booking Procedure: Guests are requested to read the Booking Procedure mentioned in the respective package details before making a booking.
The Company reserves the right to:
Accept bookings for both group tours and individual tours.
Cancel a booking even after receiving payment, if required. In such cases, the amount received will be refunded to the guest as applicable.
Remove a guest from the tour in case of serious misbehaviour, especially if it affects other guests or involves physical or verbal abuse of the Tour Manager.
Withdraw or modify discounts at any time.
Change the flight routing when required.
Change the hotel or tour itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances.
