After breakfast explore the life at the lanes of old city as you join the PURI DHAM HERITAGE WALK &RIDE programme which is being organised by our foundation in collaboration with Puri Dist Administration.This is a two hour tour on a gulf cart of e -Rikshwa where you will visit all the important religious and spiritual sites , living monasteries which symbolise the rich cultural heritage of this holy Dham. Back to hotel and free time for self to relax. During late afternoon excursion to Konark ( 45km -1hr drive ) , the 13th century old jem of Odishan temple architecture of world heritage site repute. Also enjoy the light and sound show at Konark to learn about the mythology , myths , facts about this legendary monument .Back to Puri and dinner .

Today after breakfast we shall visit to SATAPADA at Chilika lake ( 55km-1.5hr drive one way ) .You will visit the interpretation center to learn about the ecosystem, conservation of this Asis”s largest brackish water lake though a short film and then enjoy the boat ride at Chilika lake where you May spot Irrawaddy Dolphins in nature . Lunch at the nearby fisherman village where you will be served local catch of the day cooked by the local women from the neighbouring village under our programme EAT LOCAL.Back to PURI and free afternoon by the beach where you can relax or take a foot massage from the beach vendor to support local livelihood .Also you may visit to Jagarnath temple after dinner for the BADASINGHAR Besha ( the ritual when the God goes to sleep )which can be a very special experience.

Departure Puri after breakfast for MANGALAJODI .Enroute visit the artisan village at RAGHURAJPUR where you can meet the artisan at work and get an opportunity to buy odishan souvenir directly from the local craftsmen.Then proceed to ATRI for hot spring .Then back to Mangaljodi where you stay at the eco tourism center , an initiative of Forest department . During afternoon boat trip at Managalajodi to meet large numbers of migratory and resident birds for which Chilika is famous for.Here the boatmen are ex poachers who has turned to conservators , thanks to the effort of a local NGO and Forest department initiative.

On this last day at ODISHA you will first visit the temples of the temple city in an chronological manner to understand the rich Kalingan style of temple architecture . The visit includes temples like Lingaraj, Mukteswar , Parasurameswar , Rajarani etc and then to the Ashokan rock edicts at the peace pagoda at DHABALGIRI .Post lunch visit the Jain caves , tribal mesuem and local market for shopping before you are back to hotel for dinner and rest.
