PAYMENT TERMS
• Advance Booking amount required40% of Total Booking Amount instantly for confirmation.
• 40% of Total Booking amount before 30 Days of Travel Date
• 20% of Total Booking Amount before 15 Days of Travel Date
CANCELLATION
The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of holiday
• Before 60 days of tour start INR 30000 Per Person Cancellation charges+ Visa Fees will be apply.
• Before 30 - 60 days of tour start 70 % of Invoice Cancellation charges will be apply.
• Before 0-30 days of tour start 80 % of Invoice Cancellation charges will be apply.
• In case of cancellation, entire refundable amount will be given in form of credit note.
• Credit Note can only be used by the person in whose name itis issued

• We are intermediary who book and arrange all services for our client The services are provided by the service
providers such as hotels, airlines etc for which we do not have control on their quality and you are requested to
speak to them directly for any service-related issues.
• The child between 02-03years will not be given any land services

• Any delay or cancellation of program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund
• Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in
terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel
