Inclusions:

Ø  Accommodation on twin sharing basis in deluxe Hotels or similar hotels.

Ø  Transportation - Entire round trip Ex- Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad. Vehicle will be provided point to point and not at disposal.

Ø  Meals – Breakfast and Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary.

Ø  All currently applicable taxes i.e. Hotel tax and Transportation tax.

Exclusions:

Ø  To and fro Air or Rail fare.

Ø  Gov Tax of  5 % over and above the Tour Cost mentioned.

Ø  Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category.

Ø  Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.

Ø  Laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.

Ø  Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.

Terms & Conditions:

·         Service Tax will be applicable on Total Bill as per Central Govt. Rule on final billing.

·         Rework charges will be charged Rs. 3000/- Per Couple.

·         Hike in Fuel Price / Rail Fare / Hotel Tariff will be applicable at the time of bookings.

·         High season surcharge is applicable for selected Tours/Hotels.
